With almost 20 years of experience in Salsa practising, competing and teaching, he’s currently a reputable Instructor / Organizer / DJ and has a great influence on Salsa Vietnam. Being the director of Spring Salsa Dance Company – a leading thriving Salsa studio in Vietnam, he’s also was the champion and won many great awards in Vietnam in the period of 2008 – 2012.

Being Ngoc Nam’s partner in every dance project and event, as well as participating in managing Spring Salsa Dance Company, Bich Ngoc is also an influential dancer among Hanoi Salsa and Vietnam Salsa community. With a sexy and passionate dance style, Bich Ngoc has brought inspiration to a great number of students and dancers in Hanoi. Additionally, she has gained many achievements including:
